It’s starting to feel like fall out here in Deer Valley! Our General Contractor has been making excellent progress at The Havens at Deer Crest and we are excited to share an update with you.
The Havens is starting to come to life with the future Havens Court beginning to take shape. Over the past several weeks, over 20,000 tons of structural fill have been brought to the site. This fill provides the structural support for the road that will run along the north side of the townhomes.
Our General Contactor continues to work to locate and place utilities. Infrastructure work will continue throughout the fall before vertical construction begins later this year.
Structural materials have begun arriving on site and are being staged for future installation.
